Jaime Garcia’s work is rooted in a lifelong connection to horses and a deep
commitment to healing through presence. Drawn to the sensitivity and
resilience of Thoroughbreds, she found her path in somatic equine work—
where horses help regulate the human nervous system and guide individuals
back to themselves. She integrates somatic awareness with Reiki energy
work, creating grounded, intuitive experiences that support emotional
release, regulation, and connection. Her approach is gentle yet powerful,
allowing both horses and humans to meet in a space of honesty and trust. At
Win Place Home, Jaime supports the retraining and rehoming of Off-Track
Thoroughbreds while facilitating healing-centered sessions that honor the
depth of the horse-human relationship.
